CareHub is a product of Proaktive Services, an infrastructure, data and software engineering company.
Why CareHub exists
Small and growing NDIS providers run on a patchwork: a rostering tool, a spreadsheet of worker checks, group chats for shift swaps, a separate invoicing step, and payroll typed in again at the end. Each hand-off is a chance for an error that costs money or fails an audit.
We built CareHub around those problems. The aim is simple: record each visit once, and let everything else follow from it: the invoice, the claim, the pay run and the audit trail.
How we build
- Fail loud, never guess. If a price or pay rate is missing, CareHub says so and stops. It never invents a number.
- Rules as data. NDIS prices and award rates change every year. They are imported or entered, not hidden in code.
- Privacy by design. Participant data is hosted in the Oceania region and never shared with advertising, analytics or AI services.
- Plain honesty about scope. Where CareHub stops (for example direct NDIA claiming), we say so and show the workaround.
Where we are
CareHub is new. We are onboarding our first providers now and shaping the roadmap with them. Direct NDIA claim submission, Support at Home claiming and email delivery of invoices are on the roadmap.
